How customers pay, and what ExpertyBD charges experts.
Online payment

Online payment is not yet available on ExpertyBD. Until online payment is enabled, new booking requests are paused: you can browse experts and services, and experts can apply and set up their profiles, but no booking can be requested or paid for.
When online payment is enabled, customers pay through the payment provider’s secure page, in Bangladeshi taka, for exactly the booking’s price: no partial payments. A payment counts only after ExpertyBD has verified it directly with the provider.
Commission

Customers pay the listed price. ExpertyBD’s commission is deducted from the expert’s earning: 5% on an expert’s first 10 eligible bookings, then 15%. See the Expert Agreement for when a booking is eligible.
Payouts and refunds
Experts are paid by hand to a bank or bKash account (see the Expert Agreement). Refunds follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
