Any customer can apply to become an expert. An administrator reviews each application and may approve it or reject it with a reason. Your profile and services become visible to customers only after approval and only when you publish them.

Your picture is checked by an administrator before it is shown publicly.

You must give accurate information about yourself, your qualifications and your services, and you must hold any licence or registration your work requires.

Medical and clinical consultation services cannot be offered on ExpertyBD at launch, and healthcare listings are not shown.

Online payment is not yet available on ExpertyBD. Until online payment is enabled, new booking requests are paused: you can browse experts and services, and experts can apply and set up their profiles, but no booking can be requested or paid for.

You have 24 hours to accept or decline a booking request; unanswered requests expire. You can cancel an accepted booking before it starts as long as it has not been paid. Once a payment is verified you cannot cancel it yourself; contact Support.

After the appointment you report that the service took place. The customer has 72 hours to confirm or report a problem; if they do neither, the booking completes. A reported problem is resolved by an administrator as either delivered or not delivered.

ExpertyBD keeps a commission on each completed, paid booking: 5% on your first 10 eligible bookings, then the standard 15%.

A booking is eligible, and its commission settled, when it is completed and its payment is verified with no successful chargeback against it. The first 10 are counted in the order they settle. An introductory booking that is later refunded or charged back does not give you the introductory rate back.

Your earning (the booking price minus commission) is recorded when the booking settles. It becomes available to withdraw 7 days after the appointment’s scheduled end, or when it settles if that is later.

You request a withdrawal to a bank account or bKash account you have added. An administrator sends each payout by hand and records the outcome; a failed or reversed payout is returned to your available balance.

Payout schedule, fees and any minimum amount have not been set yet.
