ExpertyBD is an online marketplace where customers find independent professionals ("experts") and book their services, online or in person.

The legal entity that operates ExpertyBD, its registered address and its trade licence details will be stated here.

Experts are independent. They are not employees or agents of ExpertyBD, and they decide how to deliver their services. ExpertyBD provides the platform: listings, booking, messaging, video calls, payment handling once enabled, reviews and support.

ExpertyBD does not provide the experts’ services itself and does not guarantee their outcome.

To use most features you need an account with a username, an email address and a password of 12 to 128 characters. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Every new account is a customer account. Becoming an expert is a separate application that ExpertyBD reviews; registering never creates or publishes an expert profile.

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Online payment is not yet available on ExpertyBD. Until online payment is enabled, new booking requests are paused: you can browse experts and services, and experts can apply and set up their profiles, but no booking can be requested or paid for.

Medical and clinical consultation services are not offered on ExpertyBD. Healthcare-related listings are not available at launch.

Sending files in messages may be unavailable while file scanning is being set up. Features that are unavailable say so where you would use them.

Do not use ExpertyBD to break the law, mislead or harass anyone, post content you have no right to post, try to get around the booking or payment process, collect other users’ data, or interfere with the service or its security.

ExpertyBD may remove content, hide reviews, refuse or withdraw an expert profile, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Administrators record such actions.

ExpertyBD is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ExpertyBD is not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of experts or customers.

ExpertyBD may update these terms. The date of the current version is shown on this page.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
